Emily Link/Owner and Practitioner

Furtastic Friend was established in 2023 by lifelong equestrian Emily Link. Emily grew up riding and showing Hunter/Jumper in Virginia and attended the former Saint Andrews Presbyterian College to further pursue her equine career. Emily rode trained professionally, teaching at several farms in the greater Charlotte area, before taking a step back to start a family. It was during this time that she attended the American & European Massage Clinic and obtained her diploma for Massage and passed her NCBTMB exam in 2013.

She has continued to expand her massage knowledge and incorporate it with her passion for horses, completing certification in Equissage (2013), Magnawave(2026), and is also a Certified Member of the Association of PEMF Professionals (2026). Emily has started the certification process for both Equinology and The Masterson Method which upon completion will allow her to sit for the National Board Certification for Animal Acupressure & Massage exam. We take education seriously to be the best we can for our clients.
